To book a water tanker, call 155313 or use the HMWSSB Citizen Services app — tanker requests are usually scheduled within a day depending on demand.
To file online: go to hyderabadwater.gov.in → Customer Services → Register Grievances, and submit the issue with your CAN.
Note your complaint number to follow up if the issue isn't resolved within a reasonable time.
